葫蘆島市100c2、100c3底壓分解設(shè)備清洗項(xiàng)目工期過半，清洗團(tuán)隊(duì)日夜奮戰(zhàn)中，在清洗100c3大機(jī)組潤滑油系統(tǒng)的過程中出現(xiàn)了一些小問題，但是最終結(jié)局圓滿。這也充分體現(xiàn)了團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的強(qiáng)大力量。
此次項(xiàng)目采用化學(xué)清洗，在進(jìn)行100c3底壓分解設(shè)備中的管道清洗時，甲方對我們的廢液無害化處理的方案提出質(zhì)疑，雙方在進(jìn)行一番交流后，化驗(yàn)員在之前的處理方案的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了模擬效果分析的實(shí)驗(yàn)，化驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)征服了甲方，在這一過程中，我公司的化驗(yàn)員與甲方的充分交流技術(shù)方案，最后達(dá)成一致。
不管是清洗油系統(tǒng)管線還是管道，9人清洗團(tuán)隊(duì)都始終做到了團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，對于各類清洗劑添加的時間控制更是不允許有一絲失誤。劉經(jīng)理對整體項(xiàng)目各項(xiàng)工作的人員配置也體現(xiàn)了資源的最大化利用原則，每個人都在各自崗位堅(jiān)守。
