

兩個白色外殼的機體,在透明的模擬管道里360度旋轉,一個清掃,一個吸塵。裝載了紅外攝像頭的清洗機器人將管道中的信息傳輸?shù)绞謾C端,實現(xiàn)對管道內清洗狀況的全程監(jiān)控。近日上午,在武漢科技大學城市學院機電工程學部實驗室內,“管道清洗機器人”正在模擬管道清洗工作。而該校學生團隊更是憑借此項作品,在全國高校信息技術創(chuàng)新與實踐活動中斬獲一等獎,并獲得一項實用新型專利和一項國家發(fā)明專利。
一件創(chuàng)業(yè)作品同時榮獲2項發(fā)明專利,這在民辦高校中實屬罕見。這樣的成績也讓學生團隊們興奮不已,用他們特聘技術顧問周鼎教授的一句話來形容:這是“‘土八路’戰(zhàn)勝了‘正規(guī)軍’”。
從3月份開始著手組建團隊,到最后“管道清洗機器人”模型機成形,學生們幾乎是從零開始,在指導老師徐陶祎以及技術顧問周鼎教授的幫助下,一步步探索和實踐,前后花了近9個月的時間?!霸谠O計過程中,因為完全是自主研發(fā),市場上買不到標準的零件和合適機體的型號,我們就在實驗室里面反復調試和修改,機器人的外殼也全都是用3D打印出來的,很耗時?!闭劦皆诎l(fā)明過程中遇到的困難,學生團隊隊長艾迪告訴記者。
就這樣在一步步的實踐中摸索,艾迪和團隊成員們也漸漸從一個“門外漢”,變成了“機器人迷”。每天和隊友們討論設計思路和設計方案,進行分析總結,對機器人進行調試,解決運行過程中的一些問題。由于時間緊迫,項目任務量較大,2017年暑假,為了能夠更好地溝通協(xié)作,艾迪和團隊成員們選擇留在學校,繼續(xù)完成手中的工作。一群小伙子就待在實驗室里,從頭開始學起,跟著老師學習機械CAD規(guī)范、機械制圖,周鼎教授也每次坐2個多小時的車從漢口那邊趕過來,對他們進行指導?!白约簞邮之媹D,然后按照老師和周教授的要求反復的修改方案,直到滿意為止,從實驗到實踐,團隊所有人再也不斷的磨合中更加的默契,團隊凝聚力也越來越強?!?月初的時候,武漢持續(xù)暴雨,導致不少路面被淹沒,那幾天,整個團隊的成員吃喝全部都在實驗室里,加班加點,晚上睡覺用50-60個凳子一拼,就是他們的“床”。

They used the sentence of Prof. Zhou Ding, their special technical adviser, to describe this: “this is the eight way” to beat the “regular army”.
From March began to set up the team, to the last “pipe cleaning robot” model forming machine, the students almost from scratch, under the guidance of the teacher Xu Taoyi and help technical adviser Professor Zhou Ding, a step of exploration and practice, after spending nearly 9 months. “In the design process, because we are developing independently, we cannot get the standard parts and the suitable body models in the market. We debug and modify them repeatedly in the laboratory, and the outer shells of robots are all printed by 3D, which is time consuming.” Speaking of the difficulties encountered in the process of inventions, Addie, the team leader of the student team, told reporters.
In this way in the step of practice, Addie and team members also gradually from a “outsider”, become a “robot fan.” Every day with the teammates to discuss design ideas and design plans, analysis and summary, the robot to debug, to solve some problems in the process of operation. Due to the urgency of the time and the large amount of project tasks, Addie and his team members chose to stay in school in 2017 summer vacation and continue to finish their work. A group of young men stayed in the lab, begin to learn from scratch, follow the teacher learning machinery CAD specification, mechanical drawing, Professor Zhou Ding also sitting more than 2 hours to drive there from Hankou to catch up, to guide them. “Do it yourself” and follow the requirements of the teacher and Professor Zhou repeatedly, until satisfactory, from experiment to practice, everyone in the team is constantly in harmony, and the team cohesion is stronger and stronger. Early July, Wuhan continued to rain, resulting in a lot of road was flooded, the last few days, the whole team members and all in the lab, work overtime, go to bed at night with 50-60 chairs together, is their “bed”.
