近日，在協(xié)會的牽頭組織下，由中國石油和化學(xué)工業(yè)聯(lián)合會主持的陜西凱利清洗有限公司“環(huán)保節(jié)能組合式儲罐清洗裝置”科技成果鑒定會西安勝利召開。
據(jù)悉，這套“環(huán)保節(jié)能組合式儲罐清洗裝置”系統(tǒng)是由凱利清洗公司經(jīng)過兩年多研發(fā)和現(xiàn)場實驗，將已研發(fā)4項發(fā)明專利技術(shù)產(chǎn)品進行組合的產(chǎn)品。該系統(tǒng)由高壓粉碎清潔機系統(tǒng)（使儲罐內(nèi)淤渣粉碎、熱水（油）稀釋，它可以通過軸向和徑向協(xié)調(diào)旋轉(zhuǎn)粉碎工藝）；清理分離儲罐內(nèi)沉渣的系統(tǒng)（本設(shè)備的首級分離，利用機械篩分的原理，采用擺動篩板和絞龍對淤積油渣進行絞碎、篩分，并利用絞龍將分離出的粗渣推擠向另一分離設(shè)備）；油品淤渣提油干渣機系統(tǒng)（前一級分離設(shè)備分離出的粗渣中還含有少量液體，本設(shè)備利用粗渣在密閉空間內(nèi)，承受強力擠壓時，液體會脫離固體滲出的原理。采用機械擠壓脫油的工藝）；三液面油水分離器系統(tǒng)（前一級分離設(shè)備分離出的污水中，仍然含有浮油和細渣。本設(shè)備利用原油比水輕、水比鐵銹泥沙輕的密度特性原理。采用延長流動路徑、減緩流動速度、加熱降低粘度，使浮油充分上浮，細渣充分沉淀的工藝）；惰性氣體保護裝置、安全檢測及運行操作裝置等進行有效組合，銜接配合作業(yè)，實現(xiàn)儲罐的機械清洗作業(yè)。

Using the process of mechanical extrusion and deoiling, the three liquid water separator system, which is separated from the former separation equipment, still contains oil and fine slag. This equipment makes use of the principle that the crude oil is lighter than water and the water is lighter than rust and sand.
